Your own history is the only benchmark

A tool that tells you 4% is a good click-through rate has never seen your channel. Crew of One works out your own bands from your own videos, then says where this one landed on them: below your floor, inside your usual range, or ahead of it.

  • A second look before you publish

    Paste the title and thumbnail you are weighing. It answers against what has actually worked on your channel, and says which of the two is carrying the risk.

  • It remembers, so you stop relearning

    Every verdict is written down with the videos it came from. The third time a habit costs you the first minute, it says so, instead of you noticing a year later.

  • Room for your editor

    Invite the person who edits your videos. They get their own list of what is waiting on them, and never your chats.

  • Nothing is written without you

    When it wants to change a record it shows you the change, field by field, and waits. If you say no, nothing happens.

It advises and remembers. You still decide.

Your YouTube data

When you connect your YouTube channel, Crew of One asks Google for read-only access to your channel and its analytics. It uses that access for one thing: to show you your own numbers and judge your videos against them.

  • It never uploads, edits, deletes or comments on anything on YouTube.
  • It never sells your data, shows you ads, or shares your numbers with other creators.
  • You can disconnect at any time, in the app or in your Google account, and we then delete what we fetched.
